1 whole chicken
3 quarts water
A dozen eggs
Salt and pepper
Boil chicken in water until tender, remove chicken and strain broth. Add
chicken base and orzo pasta, and then boil again for 10 minutes.
Mix eggs and lemon juice. Remove chicken from bones and skin and then tear into strips. Add salt and pepper to broth and then slowly beat eggs and lemon juice mixture into broth and whip until smooth. Add chicken meat to broth.
