Gala's Rib Marinade

1/4 c mirin
1/4 c soy
small head of garlic, crushed
2 T gari (japanese pickled ginger)
t ginger powder
8-10 birdseye (super hot Thai) chilis crushed
1 T ketjap Benteng (Malasian soy)
2 T Black Soy
2 T Rice wine vinegar
1 T sesame oil

Blend ingredients thoroughly and allow meat to marinate at least overnight.  Works well for beef and lamb and can be used in a 4 hour marinade for chicken wings.
