THAI TURKEY BURGER 

1 pound ground turkey (light and dark meat) 
1 garlic clove, minced 
2 teaspoons Asian fish sauce 
1 tablespoon minced shallot 
2 teaspoons olive oil 
2 tablespoons minced cilantro 
1 small kaffir lime leaf, cut into thread-thin shreds 
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 
3 or 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted 
Thai sweet chile sauce (optional)

Combine the turkey, garlic, fish sauce, shallot, oil, cilantro, lime leaf and sriracha sauce. Mix well. Form the mixture into 3 or 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Fry or grill over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Do not overcook. Serve the patties on buns and with chile sauce. Serves 3 or 4 (Works well with Jicama Slaw as a side dish)
