Fromage Blanc with Blackberry Coulis 

Fresh blackberries 
Sugar to taste 
Fromage blanc 
Lightly sweetened heavy cream, softly whipped 

Puree the blackberries, then strain out the seeds, or mash with a fork and keep the seeds (as you wish), sweeten lightly to taste. For each serving, spoon a layer of the berry puree into a goblet, cover with a layer of fromage blanc, and serve topped with a spoonful of whipped cream.
