AHI TUNA TASTES

3/4 cup orange juice 
2 tablespoons soy sauce 
1 tablespoon sambal chile paste 
1 tablespoon honey 
3/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar 
Combine all the above ingredients, and stir to blend.

8 ounces fresh No. 1 ahi tuna, cut into 1/8-inch dice 
2 mild chiles, stemmed, seeded and cut into very small dice 
3/4 ounce black or toasted sesame seeds 
Salt and pepper to taste 

Combine in a bowl, toss ligtly with sauce and serve immediately. 
Serves on 6 chinese porcelain spoons as an appetizer.
