Savory Sweet Mixed Nuts 

Combine 1/4 t lightly toasted and ground fennel seeds, 1/2 t five spice powder, 2 T sugar, 2 t fine sea salt well, then toss with 2 c of raw or roasted nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews and/or walnuts). Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet at 375° for 5-15 minutes until crisp while turning occasionally.
